Why Rootwhys
In every organization I’ve led, from Army units to sales teams, I saw the same pattern. When results slipped, the fix was usually aimed at the symptom: a new incentive, another training, a replacement hire. The real cause sat underneath, untouched.
Rootwhys is built on a simple idea: ask why until you reach the root. We use people analytics and proven I-O psychology methods to find what’s really driving turnover, disengagement, and stalled performance, then build practical solutions that fit how your business actually works.
Because what’s beneath drives what’s ahead.
A woman- and veteran-owned business based in Georgia.
